On the afternoon of December 4, 2022, UFRESH held a "Christmas and New Year's Gift" event to celebrate customers in our Los Angeles store. The first 300 customers were gifted either a box of Moxibustion Hot patch or a box of Steam eye mask for free. Ten lucky winners each won a box of superb bird's nest, and other lucky winners won prizes from the AM1430 radio station in Los Angeles. Well-known radio hosts, Howard Lee and Vasabi, held a live 2-hour live broadcast at the event site.
This is the first live customer appreciation event held by UFRESH after more than 3 years of pandemic delays. Although the weather cloudy and rainy, many customers came out to celebrate.

On a spring afternoon of March 15, 2022, where flowers are blooming and everything is vibrant, we welcomed a special guest to our flagship uFresh store in Los Angeles. Mrs. Zheng, who is 97-years-old this year and has been taking uFresh for more than 20 years, was willing to share her experience with us.
In a cheerful mood, Mrs. Zheng greeted everyone clearly and in a happy tone. She reflected on what her yearly routine was before the pandemic on Mother’s Day Eve. The yearly event was always crowded and lively – in 2019, she even drove by herself at 94-years-old to attend the event! Mrs. Zheng also discussed her mother, who lived to 102, and her husband, who is 99 years old. She happily mentioned that they’d been together for more than 70 years.
The family accompanying Mrs. Zheng said that she was in good health. She is persistent on being independent and taking care of herself by washing her own hair and bathing. Her only sign of aging was her decreased level in hearing.
Last year on Mother’s Day Eve, during a rough patch during the pandemic, the company visited Mrs. Zheng who resides in Alhambra, CA. Mrs. Zheng is an extremely special customer to us. In 2001, she was diagnosed with colorectal cancer and had an operation to remove half of her small intestine. After her diagnosis and surgery, she suffered from bouts of diarrhea and had lost more than 20 pounds in two weeks. She began staying home everyday and struggled to reacclimate into her daily life due to this. Soon after being introduced to uFresh, her symptoms of constant diarrhea began to alleviate. Not only was she able to go back to her daily routine and go out, she was able to travel abroad again.
A loyal customer and consumer of uFresh products for over 20 years, Mrs. Zheng has felt that her intestines and stomach can absorb nutrients normally again – greatly improving her body’s resistance and immunity. For over 20 years, she has not experienced any other disease related symptoms.
Therefore, on our annual Mother’s Day Eve, we sincerely wish Mrs. & Mr. Zheng a long and healthy life! We also wish all the great mothers a happy holiday and best health!
